Throughout my career at LRG, I have had the opportunity to progress and thrive in various roles. With over 8 years of experience in the lettings industry, I have cultivated a successful career path that showcases my dedication and expertise. I began my journey as a negotiator, progressed to the role of valuer, and further advanced into property management before taking on my current position as a Client Success Manager Team Leader.

In my new role, I lead a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring that we work to improve and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships while providing essential support to the wider team. My focus is on ensuring we consistently deliver excellent client service. In my new role I also identify opportunities for coaching and development and conduct monthly appraisals. I also analyse business activity reports and market trends to provide strategic advice to clients, coordinate property marketing, and ensure legal and health and safety compliance within the portfolio.

Previously, as a Build to Rent Client Manager, I successfully managed a client portfolio of nearly 800 properties and led a team of six property managers to deliver a 5-star service in line with client KPI measures.

As an ARLA qualified professional, I bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to every aspect of my work. My passion for the lettings industry, coupled with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics, has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes and forging lasting relationships.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying countryside walks with my husband and our miniature dachshund, Pippa, indulging my passion for nail art as a qualified nail technician, and staying active at the gym.
