Sophie is a dedicated Build to Rent Client Manager, where she specialises in delivering exceptional client-focused services within the Build to Rent sector. With a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience, Sophie plays a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

She has been with the Leaders Romans Group since 2016, initially working within the Romans branch network as a Senior Lettings Negotiator and Valuer in a successful, high turn over office. With a keen understanding of market trends, she is adept at navigating complexities within property management and team development. Her expertise includes strategic planning, problem solving and project coordination, providing comprehensive support to her client throughout the lifecycle of their build to rent projects.

Sophie manages a client portfolio of around 800 properties, while leading a team of six property managers to deliver a 5-star service in line with client KPI measures. She identifies and supports the coaching and development of the property managers, conducts individual monthly appraisals, and provides guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, she assesses business activity reports and forecasts to optimise portfolio performance, studies market trends to advise clients on strategies, and coordinate property marketing with approved letting panel agents.

She is also a member of ARLA, which underscores her commitment to maintaining high industry standards and staying updated on the latest regulations and best practises.

Outside of work, you can find Sophie enjoying countryside walks with her husband and miniature dachshund, Pippa, and staying active at the gym
