Rhys Steel

Rhys joined Leaders Romans Group in 2021 starting out as a Corporate Accounts Assistant with a focus on the day-to-day accounts tasks. Due to the growth of the corporate team, he was promoted to Senior Corporate Accounts Assistant in August 2022. In January 2024, Rhys completed an internal course called ‘The Leadership Academy’ and was promoted to Corporate Accounts Team Leader.

Rhys focuses on helping to manage the Corporate Accounts team, arranging training and maintaining a high quality of service to our clients also. He also completes the monthly, quarterly, and yearly client reporting whilst looking for ways to develop the reporting we provide to clients.
