Justine Edmonds

Justine has been working within the property industry since 2002 with most of her career based in London setting up new offices and implementing teams from the ground up to grow brand awareness and build revenue streams in the new locations.

Working with LRG since 2017, Justine initially worked within the Romans branch network managing the Sunningdale office and working with a vast amount of high net individuals and investment portfolios around Ascot, Virginia Water and the Wentworth Estate. Before moving to the corporate department, Justine was running a successful lettings office turning over in excess of a million pounds with a number of direct reports.

As Head Of Build To Rent at LRG, Justine oversees the strategy, mobilisation, and growth of the build to rent department across multiple brands nationwide. Justine has developed a keen eye for identifying and appraising high-quality developments, completing viability on new sites, negotiating leases, and managing client relationships. Justine is passionate about developments that are modern, functional, and have sustainable living spaces that meet the needs and preferences of diverse residents.

In her spare time, Justine enjoys travelling around the world, reading and walking with her two Dobermanns.
