Faye Tims

Faye joined LRG in 2022 as a member of the Shared Services Management Team. She currently manages a team of 16 across multiple offices within the Corporate, Commercial and Block accounts departments. With a background in people management and dealing with multiple responsibilities, Faye enjoys the challenge and variety of reporting into the different departments and discovering the differences and overlaps between them all.

Faye’s main priority is the wellbeing of her team and ensuring they have the facilities to be able to do their job comfortably whilst providing the best level of service to clients.

When not at work, she can mostly be found singing, dancing or crocheting and relaxing with her wife and cats.
