Evie Newall

Evie is Propertymark qualified with a strong background in Residential Lettings and experience across Berkshire, Surrey and London. She kickstarted her career in 2013 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and quickly rose through the ranks to become Lettings Manager where she helped with growing the branches market share within a competitive market. 

In 2024 Evie joined the LRG Corporate Lettings Team as a Build to Rent Client Manager and now leads a team of Property Managers to oversees a number of clients and their portfolios which range between 60 to 180+ properties. 

In her spare time, you will find Evie outdoors, either growing flowers and vegetables in her garden or taking her dog Kiwi for long walks along the beach!
