Medway Development Company will be launching 3 New BTR Apartment Blocks in 2025

Following the overwhelming success of Pioneer Wharf, Medway Development Company is set to expand its Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio with the launch of three new BTR blocks in 2025: Orion Wharf, Ardent Wharf, and Conway Wharf. These developments will introduce a total of 85 new, high-quality apartments, released in stages, to meet the growing demand for modern rental housing in Chatham. 

Located within Chatham's thriving regeneration zone, these new contemporary apartments will offer a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
