Garrison Point and Chatham Waterfront - new instruction
National property services group Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has been instructed by Medway Development Company to manage and maintain 86 PRS Build to Rent (BTR) properties which are currently being constructed in the popular new riverside development in Chatham, Kent.
LRG will manage 15 two-bed apartments at Garrison Point, a tranquil development of 106 one and two-bedroom apartments which offers its residents a combination of modern convenience and breath-taking views of the surrounding historic parks and woodland.
It has also been appointed to manage a further 71 units (7 studios, 12 one beds, 52 two beds) in phase 2, Chatham Waterfront. Chatham's newest riverside community, this will provide175 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, set in beautifully landscaped open space near the heart of the city.
